Recently completed this custom vanity top. Constructed of maple butcher block with walnut shadow line accent. Designed by @meredithklemmrealestateagent installed by Steve😜

The alder media center is complete! It’s hard to see but, the wall has a 3 degree curve. Designed to create the best sound for room. So each cabinet was templated n built to fit the curve.

I came up with a new way to insert the metal panels into the doors. This way I can send off to paint shop and not have to worry about overspray. The foam backer rod holds metal tight on place. No speaker vibration. Easy to remove if you want a new look.

Earlier this week we started making a pair of sliding doors. Rather large 57” wide by 7’ tall white oak doors. Stay tuned for more pics! This isn’t your standard slider configuration....!

Here’s a few pics of the beam project. I had the beams finished by Envision painting. The rustic metal brackets were custom made by Green Acres Ironworks. Oh and couldn’t have done it without Jame’s help from @oneguywithtools_valparaiso to help me hoist the monsters in place!

We made these solid oak faux beams to cover an existing maple beam. I used a lock mitre bit to join the corners. Set up of the bit was a little tricky. But worked great once it was dialed in.

Simple, yet effective...

Time to catch up on posting projects! This was a cabinet we customized to have a roll-out cutting board over the roll-out garbage.

This week I’ve been working on creating a rustic metal base for a pub table.

This morning we picked up the TV hutch from Envision Painting. The paint job was top notch! A few hours later....and the first project of 2020 is in the books 📚

Thanks to all my customers/friends and family for letting me, be me! I can’t wait to see what we build this year👍🏻😁 Happy New Years 🍹

Finished up this tv hutch before Christmas break. Will pick up from the painter in the new year. Can’t wait to see it. Happy New Year everyone!
